In-person pickup

Pickup is our preferred method. It gives you the chance to meet the puppy, review records together, and ask questions face-to-face.

  • Walk through all veterinary records, feeding schedules, and health guarantee terms together.
  • Receive hands-on guidance for crate setup, feeding, and the first 48 hours at home.
  • Leave with a complete go-home package including starter food, comfort item, and transition notes.
  • Ask any remaining questions before heading home with your new companion.

Delivery options

For families who cannot pick up in person, we coordinate safe, comfortable delivery through trusted partners.

Ground transport
